Our Greens Mix is a blend of tender greens, chosen for flavor and nutrition. It is carefully harvested and washed. This mix does not contain any lettuce, and therefore can be enjoyed raw or steamed.

Baby Lettuce Mix

These names bring to mind a walk in the woods, a day by a stream, a field of beautiful colors, tropical vacations, magical seasons, and sensuous dancing all in just a seed order. Lucky us! The result is a tender, long lasting lettuce mix that has a very dedicated following of customers at market. It is never bitter and always flavorful, so you can be sure that it is kid friendly. Our Baby Lettuce Mix varies in colors and leaf shapes throughout the seasons. You'll find it at our stand from late Spring through Thanksgiving.
