GINGER SYRUP
Ginger Syrup - Our Organic Ginger Syrup is a pure treat. It is made with ginger we grew on our farm and has the heat of ginger in a simple syrup with a splash of lemon. Add it to tea, ice cream, marinades, salad dressings, cocktails, pancakes and more! We are proud to announce the Ginger Syrup won a national Good Food Award! These prestigious awards are granted to foods and drinks that embody deliciousness, authenticity, and responsibility. Winning products must be exceptionally tasty, as well as be committed to sustainability, social good, and integrity. According to the Awards, the producers these winning products represent are ‘pushing the envelope’ in both craftsmanship and sustainability, thus bettering the nation’s food system.

Turmeric Honey - Turmeric Honey is a show stopper, and a Good Food Awards Finalist! It is made with our turmeric, local honey, apple cider vinegar and black pepper. It pours like syrup (not stiff like honey) and works great in salad dressings, mixed drinks, seltzer, hot water or tea, or by the spoonful!

Raw Honey from Invisible Cities Apiary - It is simply, the most beautiful, and most environmentally responsible honey available. We have utmost respect for these bee keepers and their practices. They harvest seasonal wildflower honey in Vermont. Bees from one hundred colonies—managed without using pesticides or antibiotics. No pesticides whatsoever, not even for mites. This honey is raw (unpasteurized) and only lightly filtered; it retains enzymes, traces of wax and pollen that figure into its flavor and healthful properties. Crystallization is normal.
MASSAGE OIL
Ginger Balsam Massage and Body Oil - Our Ginger Balsam Massage and Body Oil is small-batch crafted in 2oz blue glass bottles, and capped with an easy-to-use, no spill 'treatment pump' top. It delivers the warmth of our organic ginger, and the deep relaxation of balsam. We make the ginger and balsam essential oils ourselves, and blend them with organic jojoba oil.

SPICES and SPICE BLENDS
Ground Ginger - Dried Ginger Powder can be used as a supplement and culinary herb. The aroma and flavor of our ginger, freshly dried & ground is unparalleled by store-bought versions of this spice. A perfect hit of ginger heat to add to your smoothies or pumpkin pie. Several customers have told us "there is no going back" to other store bought ginger because it made their recipes shine like never before!

BBQ Blend - Zinger BBQ Blend contains our ground ginger and our turmeric, as well as some other zingy spices. It is a great way to celebrate summer! This spice blend is the perfect base for making a BBQ sauce, meat rub, or marinade. It is great for kale chips, and stirred into sour cream makes an irresistible dip!
